Retail Design Collaborative, an award winning architectural firm with a diverse portfolio, headquartered in Long Beach, California, is currently seeking a Project Design Director to create meaningful contextual architecture for significant commercial developments.  The candidate must demonstrate the ability to craft design concepts, lead design teams, and interpret client and community needs through the design phase.

Qualifications include:

• 10 years of architectural design experience
• Strong graphic and verbal communication skills
• Accredited architectural degree preferred
• Licensure preferred
• LEED AP BD+C a plus
